The site is developed by Joanna Chrzanowska, Fellow of the Market Research Society, experienced qualitative research consultant, teacher and author.

Thrown in the deep end

That was my first experience of qualitative research, before there was any formal training, and I still meet people who sometimes feel out of their depth.  It’s just the nature of qualitative research; there are always new challenges.  Its why it’s so important to me to support people through training.

So if your training has been a bit random, you long for a few new ideas in methods or techniques, or you need an introduction to the latest thinking, you will find what you need on this site. You will soon be comfortable just splashing about or even doing deep dives…..
