Need quick and flexible training?

Just have everyone at their computer at the same time to take part in the training.  They don't have to be in the same office or even the same country!  They can see all the documents, ask questions of each other and the trainer, use an interactive whiteboard.

A browser and broadband is all you need on each computer; participants can dial in on the phone for the audio, although if you have computers with microphones or web cams its even easier and more fun.  It's secure - only the people who are registered can access the session.

Use it for a quick review of interviewing skills or group dynamics. We can watch short videos as part of the training, give advice on handling difficult respondents, or create suggestions for follow up exercises.

Use it to understand analysis processes, or to learn about projective techniques before you practice them on each other. Use it to learn about ethnography, NLP - or anything else - perhaps before you decide to sign up for a face to face course.
