An understanding of the nature of groups and depths will enable you to confidently decide when to choose them, how to overcome the disadvantages and how to adapt them for your needs.
Materials and exercises
- Pre-course exercise - think of three different types of groups you take part in on a regular basis (business, friendship and family groups) and consider what affects your role in each one
- Course notes
- Post- seminar coaching - respond to a brief by choosing groups or depths and supplying a rationale.
