Coaching

In addition to qualitative research consultancy and ad hoc in house training work, I provide brainstorming and Away Day group facilitation.  I also have a small private practice for coaching and counselling.

Training philosophy

My trainings have a dynamic and flexible structure and are largely experiential so that learning is stimulating, interactive and enjoyable with long term benefits.   For the learning to have lasting effect, I believe it should make an emotional impact and encourage the trainee to take responsibility for his or her learning and skill development.

I pay attention to each individual to motivate them to access their particular strengths. My background in counselling has skilled me to pay particular attention to the emotional factors and unconscious beliefs that underlie work performance.  Above all my focus is on application and practical detail according to need and work context.
