QualitativeMind from Genesis Consulting

1. Use of Personal Information

Personal information is anything that can identify you as an individual, on its own, or in combination with other available data. It includes IP addresses and mobile device IDs.

When you give Genesis Consulting any personal information, through a purchase, contact, or comment, we keep it securely, and only for as long as is necessary for managing the business.   It won’t be used for any purpose other than the original one without asking your permission. We do not currently make you create accounts, or use email for marketing purposes.

Payment processing is done by Nochex Online Payment Services. In order to avoid fraud and process transactions securely they may share some data with banks, card processing and verification services. They only collect the personal data that is required by regulation and law. Nochex use encrypted data transfer, storage, and physically and electronically protected servers.  https://www.nochex.com/security/

If at anytime you want to see what information we hold about you, or you wish to have it removed, please contact joanna@qualitativemind.com

2. Cookies on this site

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small files that get stored on your computer by websites as you surf the web. These cookies can store lots of information, which can have privacy implications. Some cookies are necessary for a site to work at all. For example, it’s a cookie that remembers what is in your shopping cart while you go and browse for something else.

As a rule, cookies will make your browsing experience better. However, you may prefer to disable cookies on this site and on others. The most effective way to do this is to disable cookies in your browser. We suggest consulting the Help section of your browser or taking a look at the About Cookies website which offers guidance for all modern browsers

This site uses two forms of cookies that collect information anonymously.

  • Google Analytics cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use the site, which can be used to help improve it. The cookies collect information anonymously, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from, and the pages they visited etc. You can opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics here (I’d prefer you didn’t though as this data is helpful for improving the website).
  • In addition, YouTube cookies collect anonymous information about viewing of the videos that are hosted on YouTube.

Don’t Want any Cookies Ever?

You can remove any cookies already on your machine in your browser settings. This site shows you how to manage and delete cookies on a wide range of browsers.
